From Freedom Of Speech To Freedom Of Religion, To Dead Hostages, To Songs & History
A Collage of Events for the Week Ending December 22, 2023
Freedom of Speech vs. Freedom of Religion:
It is incredible how fast fear can spread. It is also amazing how legitimate that fear can be. So, in Los Angeles, a temple had to move Sabbath services to a “secret site” for the congregation to come and pray on the Sabbath. Why? Read a bit below.
Anti-Israel Protest Forces Los Angeles Shul to Relocate Shabbat Services for First Time in Its History
Fearing that a large anti-Israel protest scheduled for Saturday could erupt into violence, a Los Angeles synagogue will be moving some of its Shabbat services to another location.
"Although it's been a very painful decision that we even have some shame over, we feel that in this situation, better safe than sorry," said Rabbi Adam Kligfeld, the spiritual leader of Temple Beth Am, a Conservative congregation located just south of Beverly Hills.
What protest is this?
The protest on Saturday, titled "Black & Palestinian Solidarity for a Ceasefire this Xmas," is scheduled to take place at 3 p.m. at La Cienega Park in Beverly Hills, just down the road from the synagogue.
BLM, QFP, WOKE -their minds are riddled with hate. It just takes away from any legitimacy their stance would typically give them.
Another Hostage Murdered:
Family of Israeli Thought to Be Held Hostage in Gaza Notified of His Death
Gadi Haggai, a 73-year-old from Nir Oz, disappeared on the morning of October 7 along with his wife Judi.
On Friday, the kibbutz announced he was murdered, and his body is being held in Gaza
73-year-old Gadi Haggai, who was thought to have been kidnapped by Hamas terrorists, was killed during the October 7 massacre in southern Israel, and his body was taken to Gaza, where it's currently being held.
Haggai's death was announced by Kibbutz Nir Oz, where he resided with his wife, Judi - both of whom are dual Israeli and American citizens. Gadi disappeared on the morning of October 7 along with Judi, while they were taking their morning walk around the kibbutz.
Judi managed to call one of the kibbutz members in a cry for help. She said that she had been shot in the arm and was wounded in the face, and that Gadi had been shot in his head. There had been no signs of life of them ever since, and they were assumed to be held hostage in Gaza.
They are survived by four children and seven grandchildren. Gadi was a cook in the kibbutz dining hall, while Judi was an English teacher and mindfulness coach.
Who does that? What animal kills a civilian in cold blood and then drags that body back to Gaza so it, too, can be a hostage? What kind of sick minds think of these things? Kill them, shoot them, maim them, and drag them back.
And, of course, the International Red Cross did nothing, said nothing, gave no list, did not visit anyone.
HarbuDarbu - The Song That Drives Hamas Crazy & Took Israel By Storm!
I fully admit here that if you do not understand Israel or Hebrew, this is going to be a bit difficult. On the other hand, it is pretty simple.
Israel's Gen Z is dancing to a war song that celebrates bombing Gaza and names Dua Lipa and Bella Hadid as enemies
A singer couple produced a song that went viral all through Israel and to Jewish communities all over the world. The lyrics were what caught everyone’s attention. The duo did not hold back, as most Israeli artists do.
Here are some of the lyrics in English (you can get a complete raw translation here).
One, two shot!!
Listen, Stilla, I'm not kidding with you!!
AM ISRAEL CHAI
Fucking Rat pack is crawling out of the hole
Making Abu Ali, you fools, I swear there will be no forgiveness
Who do you think you are coming here? Shouting "Free Palestine"?!
Left, right, left, how the whole country from Galilee to Eilat is in uniforms
Fighters, female fighters, Dovdevan and Maga"v Karakal, and Bardelas
We brought the entire army against you and swear there won't be any forgiveness
Get your ass ready because this is the Air Force
Feeling the shocks all the way to Tel Aviv
They shout "Free Palestine" at me, but for some reason, it sounds like a holiday sale to me
Half a minute and the whole country is in uniforms
For Mom and Dad
All my buddies in the front
One for Grandma and Grandpa
Writing names of Israeli children on the bombs
And send it to Gaza
Upper Galilee and the center, too
Everyone is ready for a showdown.
Lit up! Lit up!
Another X on the weapon
Because every dog's day will come
Wait for the rain to fall on you as repayment
every dog's day will come
Everyone who planned, supported, executed, everyone who murdered
every dog's day will come
You in trouble
every dog's day will come
Did you hear???!
every dog's day will come
Nasrallah
every dog's day will come
Mohammed Deif
every dog's day will come
Haniya
every dog's day will come
Abu Baklawa
every dog's day will come
Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, Mia Khalifa
every dog's day will come
Crude, I agree. But maybe from that song, you can get just an inkling of the mindset in Israel now. You are sitting in your ivory towers, spewing forth the let’s have Freedom Of Speech argument. Well, there is your freedom of speech.
Want to know what the favorite phrase from that song is?
“Every dog's day will come.”
But let us dig a bit deeper, shall we?
Nasrallah, I hope you know who he is. If you don’t, he is the leader of Hizbollah. Mohammad Dief and his buddies run Hamas from multi-million dollar hotel suites and homes.
Haniya Sinwar created the whole Hamas terrorist network in Gaza, tunnels, and is the mastermind behind the October 7th attacks.
Abu Baklawa, aka Abu Obaida, whose actual name is unknown, and neither are most of his personal details. He has a high place of leadership in Hamas. Abu Obaida said that if "the enemy and its failing leadership" hurt Sinwar, it would unleash a "regional earthquake and an unprecedented response."
Bella Hadid is a world-renowned model who has consistently supported Hamas.
Dua Lipa, a well-known songwriter and singer, has also consistently supported Hamas and has kept silent about the rapes and attacks on Israeli women, even though she is known as a “global radical feminist.”
Mia Khalifa is a former sonography model who also became somewhat known in the social media sphere. She is a rabid antisemite.
During the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel, she received backlash for a post on Twitter in which she stated: "Can someone please tell the freedom fighters in Palestine to flip their phones and film horizontal?"
Following this, Playboy cut ties with Khalifa, calling her comments "reprehensible." Khalifa later tweeted: "I’d say supporting Palestine has lost me business opportunities, but I’m more angry at myself for not checking whether or not I was entering into business with Zionists. My bad." In November 2023, Israeli music duo Ness & Stilla released the single "Harbu Darbu", which called for Khalifa's death alongside that of Bella Hadid and Dua Lipa.1
Now you have the explanation. But what you have to understand is how far Israeli society has turned. This is not a symptom. It is a consequence.
A Bit Of History:
I happen to be a history buff, especially about World War Two. One of the most famous and successful YouTube channels on this subject is called the TimeGhost History Channel, which is produced very professionally.
Their videos come in 30-minute segments, and they are now going week by week through World War Two. They have won tons of awards. They also have spinoff channels. One of these channels is called World War Two. On this channel, they recently released an age-restricted video (due to its graphic descriptions) entitled:
Did Miklos Horthy Save Hungary’s Jews? - War Against Humanity 122
You are welcome to watch all of it, as it is about how the Nazis murdered most of the Jews in Hungary, but I suggest scrolling quickly to 18:23 and listen to what he says. BTW, the whole team of presenters is famous.
18:19 Today, when I’m recording this, it is the fourth day of Hanukah 2023, and calls to revive
18:28 these beastly times are echoing through the halls of campuses, in city streets, and on
18:34 town squares.
18:35 My heart sinks, my mind reels, and my soul refuses to accept that this is humanity, but
18:43 it will be if we do not remember.
18:47 Never forget.
And this comes from a person who deals with this type of material on a daily basis.
Breaking News Today - For A Little More Realism:
From the Jerusalem Post:
Israel-Hamas War: IDF demolishes giant Hamas tunnel network, finds ID of Hamas leader
The IDF demolished a massive Hamas tunnel network beneath Gaza City
The UN Security Council passes a resolution intended to help bring more humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
From Ha’Aretz:
Israeli soldier killed in the north from rockets from Lebanon, two Israeli soldiers killed in Gaza
Palestinian Red Crescent: 70 aid trucks entered Gaza on Friday
IDF strikes Hezbollah targets after rocket, missile fire launched from Lebanon
Israeli thought to be held hostage declared dead
At least 1,200 civilians and soldiers killed in Israel since Oct. 7; at least 130 hostages held in Gaza
Remember this piece I wrote a couple of days ago:
Well, guess what?
Just like predicted, a missile was fired a missile at an Israeli ship in the Indian Ocean. I will give you one guess where that missile came from. Just look at your world map.
Israel-affiliated merchant vessel hit by aerial vehicle off India
The incident follows drone and missile attacks in the Red Sea by Iran-backed Houthis on commercial shipping.
And just for kickers, while I am writing, the sirens are going off from rockets being lobbed into Israel from Hamas. That is now more than 13,000 missiles since 10/7.
I wonder what the people in New York would do if New Jersey decided to lob rockets into New York. Would you get lectures on the rules of war?
And Finally, Just Cause:
The number of families and people moving to Israel from Europe now has reached proportions never known before. France, the UK, Germany, and elsewhere, Jews just do not feel safe.
Are you antisemites happy now? We get them and trust me, we want them. It is about time they came home.
Soon, your time will come too.
“Every dog's day will come.”

Mirjana Eggers was in charge of relief works for UNWRA. Guess what she does now? She’s head of the IRC. She’s another dog that needs to go.
